The Complex SAD Customs Agency was formed in 2002, in response to the dynamically developing foreign trade market. We offer our services to Customers in the Polish harbours of Gdynia, Gdańsk, Świnoujście and Szczecin, and we are also licensed to operate according to the simplified procedure at established locations and Temporary Warehouses across all of Poland.
We hold the prestigious AEO certificate, which ensures top supply chain security standards, enables us to make use of simplifications concerning customs inspections in terms of the security and protection of the goods we handle, as well as further simplifications in terms of customs provisions.

The formation of Complex SAD
The Complex SAD Customs Agency was established at the initiative of Małgorzata Sochaj in July 2002, in response to the needs of dynamically developing international trade in then-contemporary Poland. Ever since its beginnings, the Complex SAD Customs agency was based exclusively on Polish capital.
First Temporary Storage Warehouse
In the year 2007, the company’s offer was extended to include the first Temporary Warehouse, located in Gdynia at Hutnicza 33B.
New Agency seat with adjoining warehouse
In March of 2012, the new seat of the Agency with an adjoining warehouse was opened, in Gdynia, at Hutnicza 28.
AEO certificate
We hold the prestigious AEO certificate, which enables us to make use of simplifications concerning customs as well as simplifications in terms of customs provisions.
Complex SAD company warehouse
In the year 2014, the warehouse company Magazyn Complex SAD was opened. We operate a modern warehouse facility of 6300 sq m as well as office space located in Gdynia at Kontenerowa 27. The same year, our branch office in Gdańsk was opened, at Kontenerowa 21. We operate a warehouse of 4309 sq m at this location.
